Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Present product information and answer questions to educate prospects about our offerings
- Follow up on leads and track progress towards closing deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in CRM software
