About the role
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join the Meshy team and help fuel our continued growth. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers—identifying promising opportunities, qualifying prospects, and setting our Account Executives up for success. This is a high-impact role for someone who is energetic, curious, and motivated by hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential customers and key decision-makers that fit Meshy's customer profile.
- Engage prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and create new opportunities.
- Qualify prospects against clear criteria and book meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
- Develop and refine outreach messaging and sequences, iterating based on results.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity and pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and qualified-meeting goals.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of SDR/BDR or sales experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- A self-motivated, resilient mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft clear, compelling outreach.
- Strong research and organizational skills, with the discipline to manage a high volume of accounts and activities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tooling (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Bonus: interest in or familiarity with AI, gaming, 3D, or creative tools.
