Sales Development Representative
About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team and fuel Juicebox’s next stage of growth.
You’ll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - crafting strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners.
This Isn’t a Cookie-cutter SDR Role. You’ll Partner closely with AEs, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects
Help refine our outbound playbook alongside our AEs
Get in early on a company that’s 10x’d revenue in the last 12 months and has more demand than we can handle

You’re a Fit If You…
- Have 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (SaaS or startup is a plus)
- Are a strong communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive
- Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment
- Love testing new strategies and learning from the data
- Have experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
- Are located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (in-office 5 days a week required)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to TA / HR personas
- Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team
- Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments (e.g., free sign-ups, trials)
Compensation & Benefits
- $70K–$90K base salary, based on experience
- $110 - $130K OTE
- Uncapped commission, driven through qualified meetings booked
- Quota
