Responsibilities

  • Learn the features and benefits of all products and services sold in the division
  • Complete the initial training program and attend weekly sales meetings for recurring training
  • Maintain a professional attitude in dealing with customers, prospects, and staff members
  • Clearly and accurately explain features and benefits to prospects in non-technical terms
  • Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system and update records as required and instructed
  • Comply with company policy for safeguarding customer and corporate proprietary information
  • Make a minimum of 500 calls per week to qualified prospects
  • Work as part of a team of dedicated sales reps to achieve team sales goals
  • Meet ramp expectations as set forth in the VM Sales Growth Plan

  • Must have reliable transportation
