Sales Development Representative

About the role

Fitch Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in New York. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential customers in the financial services industry, setting the stage for Account Executives to close deals, and continuously learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach.
• Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborate with the SDR Manager and GTM leaders to align on pipeline strategies.
• Work with the marketing team to develop effective outbound messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed information on leads in CRM software.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of SDR strategies and best practices.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales development or a related role.
• Proven track record in generating and qualifying leads.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and lead generation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and goal-oriented.
• Experience in a B2B financial services environment is advantageous.

Pay

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $82,500 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
