About the role
We're hiring our first SDR to help build the enterprise motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with studios, agencies, brands, and innovation teams—generating pipeline and laying the foundation for a repeatable, scalable sales process.
Responsibilities
- Craft personalized outreach that speaks to how creatives actually work—referencing real workflows, tools, and pain points rather than generic pitches.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate pipeline and book meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct research to identify and prioritize target accounts across studios, agencies, brands, and innovation teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sequencing.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, you own your numbers.
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in the creative AI space; bonus if you've used Krea.
- Experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
Skills
- Outbound sales and business development experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CRM tools and outbound sequencing familiarity.
