About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Crisp is foundational to the Growth Team. You will work directly with experienced closers, receive real-time coaching, and learn the full sales cycle. This role offers direct mentorship and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up.
- Qualify inbound leads from podcasts, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor’s pod inside HubSpot.
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner closely with marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities.
- Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit.
- Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated.

Qualifications
- 0–3 years of full-time experience preferred; sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.

- Relationship-driven, high-energy environment background (e.g., hospitality and events, recruiting and talent acquisition, membership or association sales, fundraising and donor relations, sponsorship sales, conference or ticket sales, college athletics).
- Clear evidence of hustle and initiative.
