A Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives growth by engaging with potential clients through strategic outreach and qualifying leads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations and helping others succeed.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through email, phone, social media, and more
- Qualify leads and set the stage for successful client partnerships
- Use sales tools to stay organized and track conversations
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Stay up-to-date on trends in business management software and the evolving POS space
- Meet or exceed activity targets and revenue-driving KPIs
Requirements
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect and engage
- Naturally curious and driven by a desire to help others succeed
- Confident, coachable, and excited to grow in a fast-paced sales environment
- Tech-savvy and able to organize their day effectively
- Experience in sales, sales development, or SaaS is a plus
Qualifications
- Former sales development, sales, or SaaS experience
- Work experience in sales, beauty (med spa), and self-care industry
- Former educational focus in sales, communication, business, and management
- Internship experience

Pay
The anticipated base compensation for this role is $25.24 per hour ($52,500 per year), plus variable compensation of $37,500 for on-target earnings (total compensation with OTE of $90,000). The variable component is uncapped.
Schedule
This role is fully remote and eligible for residents of all states except Washington and Hawaii.
