Sales Development Representative
About the role
We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to develop and support a sales pipeline for our Industrial team. In this role, you will be a critical member of our growing marketing organization, focusing on building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with sales, prospects, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to new potential prospects via phone and email to set up meetings for Sales Managers
- Arrange and present introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share background of Boston Dynamics with prospects
- Schedule on-site demonstrations for Sales Managers
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify and engage with strategic accounts within key industries
- Facilitate introductory demonstrations when required
- Maintain pipeline of prospects and maintain regular communication
- Participate in customer-facing video and phone calls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of sales experience selling into Industrial accounts
- Proven track record of success cold calling
- Tech-savvy with demonstrated ability to learn and explain new technology
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Curious and able to understand a wide range of industry applications
- Experience with Salesforce or alternative CRM platform is a plus

- Strong understanding of the sales process and strong communication skills
- Ability to research leads and start new relationships
- Ability to showcase Boston Dynamics solutions in a compelling way
Pay
The base pay range for this position is between $78,000 to $83,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
