Responsibilities
- Accelerate our sales pipeline by prospecting new business opportunities.
- Set goals, target markets, and email blast messaging and campaign schedules.
- Expand our advertiser footprint across Hearst Connecticut Media Group.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute targeted prospecting strategies.
- Engage potential customers and actively drive new business.
Requirements
- Driven, dynamic, and energetic personality.
- Outgoing, persuasive, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify, qualify, nurture, and sell to high-quality leads.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
- Passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
The expected base salary for this role is $45,000, with additional incentives based on individual performance. Final starting salary decisions are based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, certifications, and education.
Schedule
This role is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 3 days a week in the Albany, NY office.
