Sales Development Representative 2 - Memphis

Responsibilities
The Sales Development Rep-2 (SDR-2) is responsible for executing the initial steps of the sales process. After completing an extensive 10-week hands-on training, the SDR will:
- Research and build call sheets of targeted customers using tools like LinkedIn and resources including candidates and current consultants
- Document, track, and research all leads from the Recruiter Lead Program
- Build customer profiles and talk tracks using tools like Seismic and Gong
- Perform outreach to targeted customers and document weekly activity
- Partner with the Director of Business Operations to identify lost customers and generate new meetings
Success in the SDR-2 role leads to promotion to Account Manager, with additional responsibilities including:
- Developing and managing new and existing customer relationships using Salesforce and Hoovers
- Increasing sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
- Meeting with prospective customers to establish needs, hiring cycles, and build relationships
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals
- Partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent for client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associate’s Degree with 3 years of full-time professional experience OR 4 years of full-time professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience OR Degree in Sales OR Sales internship experience OR Active membership in a Collegiate Sales Club/Organization
- A strong desire for a career in B2B sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A sense of urgency, strong presentation skills, and high professionalism
- Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate effectively
- Strong propensity to learn

Pay
$60,000 base salary (plus cost-of-living adjustment where applicable) + weekly commission + performance-based bonuses (quarterly and annually). During the 10-week training, compensation is $21 per hour (eligible for overtime + COLA where applicable). After promotion to Account Manager, eligible for monthly car and cell phone allowance.
