We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. If you have experience in lawn care or the green industry, strong communication skills across phone, email, and text, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you.

Position

Weed Man Triad is a locally owned and operated business dedicated to delivering expert fertilization and weed control services that help homeowners across the Triad region grow lush, green, weed-free lawns. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll use a predictive dialer system to connect with current and previous customers—renewing services, resolving concerns, and upselling based on seasonal needs. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and showcase the value of a well-maintained lawn.

What You’ll Do

  • Makes outbound calls using a predictive dialer to engage with current and past customers
  • Communicates professionally across phone, email, and text platforms
  • Recommends renewals, upgrades, and seasonal treatments based on lawn history and customer needs
  • Uses turf knowledge to answer questions and offer informed advice
  • Retains customers by resolving issues and reinforcing service value
  • Logs all interactions, updates, and follow-ups in our WEEMS CRM system
  • Consistently meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Who You Are

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communicator—clear, professional, and personable across all channels
  • Customer-first mindset with strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM software, dialers, and messaging platforms
