Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities by conducting extensive research to identify potential customers within target industries.
- Initiate contact with cold prospects through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Qualify, educate, and nurture prospects, ensuring they are ready to be handed off to account managers.
- Identify decision-makers and understand business requirements through probing questions.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account managers, preparing them thoroughly for these meetings.
- Follow up on leads and track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Qualify leads based on their fit with the company’s ideal customer profile, considering factors like budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Collaborate with account managers and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.
- Engage in persistent outreach through phone calls, emails, and other methods to keep prospects informed about services.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Stay updated with new messaging, products/services, and industry developments.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
