Sales Development Manager Fleet and Dealer
Job Description
Identify, target, and win new accounts across the US and Canada while growing existing key relationships.
Lead the end-to-end sales process—from initial cold outreach and qualification to pitch presentation, negotiation, and closing.
Sell tailored supply chain solutions, including remarketing transport, D2C delivery, vehicle processing, and upfitting services.
Partner with operations and solution design teams to build custom, winning proposals.
Maintain an active, high-volume pipeline with accurate forecasting in our CRM.
Represent the company at North American industry events and client meetings.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in automotive, fleet logistics, supply chain, or transportation services.
Demonstrated history of prospecting and closing new accounts, not just managing existing portfolios. - Strong preference for experience selling directly to fleet managers, dealer groups, or OEM financial arms.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and capable of managing a large territory independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the US and Canada.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence in our Parsippany, NJ office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Pay
The starting salary range $150,000-$170,000, depending on experience.
