About the role
Muleshoe Buildings is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow a network of independent dealer partners throughout Texas. This role involves traveling throughout Texas, meeting with contractors, builders, and business owners, presenting the Muleshoe Dealer Program, and assisting dealers with their first opportunities and sales.
What You'll Do
- Identify and recruit prospective dealer partners.
- Conduct dealer discovery meetings and presentations.
- Travel throughout Texas to meet with contractors, builders, and business owners.
- Present the Muleshoe Dealer Program.
- Evaluate prospective dealer candidates.
- Cook up dealer onboarding and training.
- Aid dealers with their first opportunities and sales.
- Keep relationships with active dealers.
- Track activities and opportunities within HubSpot.

Previous Experience

Compensation
Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000 - $120,000+ Top performers have significant upside potential.
