About the role

Ulrich Lifestyle Structures designs and builds personalized outdoor solutions. As a Sales Design Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them from discovery to purchase, creating tailored design solutions and generating leads through Facebook Marketplace and community groups while following a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process using discovery questions.
• Handle leads from walk‑ins, online inquiries, and CRM follow‑ups.
• Actively post on Facebook Marketplace and community groups to drive store traffic.
• Execute established sales procedures to uncover motivations, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Convert all in‑store visits into CRM leads and capture essential information.
• Aim to close at least 50 % of encounters, build value, and create urgency.
• Maintain merchandising standards, create marketing content, and drive foot traffic.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up to confirm satisfaction, request reviews, and ask for referrals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and rapport‑building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven ability to overcome objections, create urgency, and close sales.
• Comfort with structured procedures for lead management and sales.
• Social‑media content creation skills, particularly on Facebook Marketplace.
• Customer‑focused mindset.

Pay

This is a 100 % commission‑based position with uncapped earning potential. Typical annual earnings range from approximately $60,000–$70,000 for developing performers to $110,000–$130,000+ for high performers, based on individual sales performance.

Schedule

Location: Harrisonburg Retail Store (in‑person role)

Hours: Monday‑Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; one weekday off (Sunday closed).
