About the Role
Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. As a Designer, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule working from home with pre-set appointments close to your location. No prior experience is necessary—we provide complete sales and design training, ongoing mentorship, and all leads/marketing materials.
This role offers a direct path to becoming a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses, along with health and retirement benefits (availability varies by location).
Responsibilities
- Begin each day with pre-set appointments (no cold calling).
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
- Assess opportunities by walking through the home.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Use communication skills and our sales training to assist residential customers with home organization.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
- Coachable candidates with a growth mindset and willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
