About the role

BathWorks of Michigan, the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, is hiring motivated, people‑focused individuals to join our team. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms in as little as one day using premium Jacuzzi products. This is an in‑home, consultative role where you meet directly with homeowners at scheduled appointments and guide them through improving their space.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre‑set in‑home appointments with homeowners
• Design bath and shower solutions using Jacuzzi products
• Build trust through a professional and friendly approach
• Present options and guide customers through the buying process
• Deliver a five‑star customer experience from start to finish
• No cold calling, no door knocking, no prospecting

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail
• Strong communication skills and comfort talking with people
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Alignment with core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage
• Willing to travel within a 100‑mile radius from your location
• Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week
