Responsibilities
- Assist clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions while processing, tracking, and shipping orders efficiently
- Identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales
- Compile daily lists of leads and delegate them to the sales manager
- Handle all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
- Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed
- Perform data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data
- Create and process sales in a timely manner
- Report any unusual activity to supervisors
- Expedite rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping information as required
- Attend professional business networking meetings on behalf of TeleVoIPs
- Manage new and existing customers
- Maintain, develop, and expand relationships with existing and potential accounts
- Assist with inside sales add-on quotes and follow-up
- Assist the Implementation team via the sales process
- Identify potential prospects by qualifying accounts
- Follow up on leads resulting from marketing activities
- Schedule and set appointments to meet targets
- Build rapport with potential accounts; explain product and service capabilities; overcome objections
- Maintain sales performance to meet and exceed target goals
- Utilize HubSpot daily to provide a funnel of identified and proposed opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, inside sales, call center, or telemarketing (preferred but not required)
- Take inbound calls from clients and prospects
- Call clients and prospects as needed
- Knowledge of business organizational structures
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to self-manage and work independently, as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Reliable transportation is required
- Valid insurance with public liability and property damage insurance
- Proficient in HubSpot, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams

Pay
Base pay $35,000 – $40,000 / year based on experience
