The Prime Customer Service Center is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This role offers exciting growth potential and the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our storage facilities and campgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to storage facilities and campgrounds
• Provide service-focused support to existing customers
• Engage in sales-focused conversations with potential guests
• Identify customer needs and guide them through various processes
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure every guest feels valued and understood
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service offerings
• Respond promptly to every inbound call, treating each customer with equal importance and urgency
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and take ownership to resolve concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer care
• A strong attention to detail with the ability to meet expectations and deadlines
• Experience in inbound phone sales (optional but beneficial)
• Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to grow within the company and take pride in serving our guests

Qualifications

• Must be available to work from 130pm-1000pm
