Sales & Customer Service - Client Partner

About the role

Baseboarders is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team player with 2+ years of experience in renovation and/or construction project sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced remote environment, reporting to the Inside Sales & Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships through project recommendations, quotes, and prompt follow-up of all sales opportunities.
• Thinking creatively to assist customers with solutions using our products for their project needs and unique requirements.
• Maintaining and exceeding monthly sales goals.
• Processing tasks with high-level organizational skills to ensure timely completion.
• Responding effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Interacting professionally with our customer base via chat, phone, and email.
• Communicating effectively to assure customers that their project is in good hands.
• Collaborating with team members to meet all customer needs.

Requirements

• College degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
• Excellent follow-up skills for assigned responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and NetSuite.
• Shopify experience is a major plus.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to take full ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00 - $19.50, with potential for higher based on performance.
• Monthly sales commissions based on meeting team sales goals.
• Flexible schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am CST to 5:00pm CST.
