About the role
A North American consumer products company seeks a Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support professional to:
- Support sales initiatives
- Support product development projects
- Cross-functional coordination across multiple retail channels
Responsibilities
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and sell sheets for customer meetings
- Support sales teams with customer-specific materials and product information
- Cook with Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams on new product initiatives
- Track project timelines and assist with product launch execution
- Analyze sales and product data using Excel and reporting tools
- Organize and maintain sales assets, templates, and product documentation
- Aid with line reviews, retailer presentations, and sales growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Experience supporting consumer products, retail, packaging, or product development environments is preferred
