Sales Coordinator - Ford
About the role
The Sales Coordinator - Ford supports the Ford Customer account by managing order tracking, sales reporting, and ensuring on-time customer deliverables. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to consolidate, analyze, and prepare daily action summaries and sales tracking reports. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator assists with pricing documentation, program launches, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Submits activity and results reports to sales management
- Resolves customer issues by investigating, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Welcomes and helps others accomplish job results by gathering and presenting all required information for ISO audits of the sales function
- Directly interfaces with external auditors to provide evidence and documentation of conformance to ISO procedures
- Reviews contracts for cost and quote information for accuracy and validity
- Contacts customers directly to resolve issues where appropriate
- Tracks and reports sales metrics, customer volumes, and revenue performance
- Maintains contract price levels and audits for discrepancies, contacting customers or sales management as necessary
- Works with sales management and product engineering to create and track cover letters/cost requests through AAM change management system
- Supports sales forecasting and makes recommendations based on review of change management system outputs
- Maintains accurate customer data, sales records, contracts, and program documentation within ERP & Customer systems
- Prepares presentations, reports, and meeting material for leadership reviews and customer meetings
- Assists with new program launches by preparing quote documents, conducting pricing analyses, and creating commercial documentation for new business opportunities and engineering changes
- Maintains accurate customer data, sales records, contracts, and program documentation within ERP & Customer systems
- Gathers and collects re-billable tooling evidence to support customer invoicing
- Affords support for new program launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably with major OEMs
- Ford experience a plus
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of ISO standards and auditing processes
- Experience with ERP and Customer systems

Pay
Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This role is full-time and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week.
