About the Role

We are searching for highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team! As the fastest growing Fortune 150 Company and largest auto retailer in the nation, we're expanding and ready to invite experts in sales to join our team. In turn, we provide top-notch training and continuous support to help our sales representatives succeed.

What You'll Do

• Great customers in prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM
• Schedule customer appointments daily
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions

What You'll Bring

• Current or previous sales, retail or customer service experience
• Prior dealership automotive sales experience
• Ford experience
• Guide customers with their needs
• Knowledgeable on products, features and industry
• Reliable, shows up ready to work
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Pay

Commission pay plan with base and incentives
