Sales Coordinator
for headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We need to parse the posting.
First, there is an intro about ZURU (company description). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for role purpose. The posting includes "ROLE PURPOSE" and description. So we can put that under
About the role
with paragraphs.
Then "How You Will Make An Impact" could be part of responsibilities? Actually it's more about impact. Could be part of responsibilities. But we have separate sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
Responsibilities: list of duties: "Club Account Support", "Sales Analysis", "Buyer Presentations", "Showroom", "Logistics", "Working Across Teams", "Problem Solving", "Customer Follow-Up", "Office Support". Also "How The Role Splits" percentages maybe part of responsibilities.
We can create a with each duty.
Requirements: maybe "What We're Looking For" bullet list: university degree (business, commerce, marketing or similar is great, but not essential) or equivalent experience; recent graduates welcome; ambition and drive; curiosity; initiative; good with numbers and comfortable in Excel, or keen to get there quickly; strong attention to detail; organised and able to manage own time and priorities; confident and friendly with people; team player.
Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements? Could treat "What We're Looking For" as Qualifications. But we need both sections if content distinct. Could treat "What We're Looking For" as Requirements, and "NICE TO HAVE" as Qualifications? Or Skills? Actually "NICE TO HAVE" could be Skills or Qualifications. Let's map:
- Requirements: essential items (degree or equivalent experience, ambition, drive, curiosity, initiative, good with numbers/Excel, attention to detail, organised, confident/friendly, team player). Could be under Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe "NICE TO HAVE" items: internship/part-time job in retail/sales/consumer products; experience working with customers; exposure to PowerPoint, data tools or supplier systems; leadership in uni club, sports team or side project.
- Skills: maybe "Good with numbers and comfortable in Excel, or keen to get there quickly" could be skill; also "Strong attention to detail" is skill; "Organised" etc. But we already used those. Might be redundant.
Better: Use Requirements for essential qualifications, Qualifications for nice-to-have, Skills for specific abilities (Excel, PowerPoint, data tools). Benefits: from "What We Offer" list: Culture for Growth, Health Benefits, Global Opportunities, Surrounded by an A Player Team, Competitive Remuneration. Also maybe mention "LIFE@ZURU" but that's culture.
Pay: Not specified; no salary info. So we should NOT include Pay section because no specific content. Schedule: Not specified; no mention of full-time/part-time/hours. So omit Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So omit Pay and Schedule.
Now we need to ensure we include all substantive info: company description, role purpose, how you will make an impact, how the role splits, what you'll do (detailed duties), what success looks like (first 90 days, 6 months, 12 months), where this role can go (career paths), what we're looking for, nice to have, life@zuru, what we offer.
We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the percentages, the success metrics, the career paths, etc.
We must not repeat job title. Not include Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's none obvious besides maybe "For more information, visit www.zuru.com." That's part of company description; we can keep.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
ROLE PURPOSE ...
Maybe also include company description under About the role? Could be separate "About ZURU" but not required heading. Could embed in About the role as preamble.
But the instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role heading, then content.
We can include the company description as a paragraph under About the role.
Then Responsibilities heading with list.
Then Requirements heading with list (essential).
Then Qualifications heading with list (nice-to-have).
Then Skills heading maybe list of specific skills: Excel, PowerPoint, data tools, supplier systems.
Then Benefits heading with list.
We must not include Pay or Schedule.
Check that we haven't missed any substantive info: "How You Will Make An Impact" paragraph; "How The Role Splits" percentages; "What You'll Do" detailed duties; "What Success Looks Like" timeline; "WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GO" career paths; "What We're Looking For"; "NICE TO HAVE"; "LIFE@ZURU"; "What We Offer".
We need to ensure we include all those details.
Let's craft.
About the role: include company description paragraph and role purpose paragraph.
Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You'll Do" plus maybe the split percentages and impact.
We could incorporate the split percentages as part of responsibilities: "Time split: 60% Commercial..., 25% Showroom..., 15% Office..." as a list item.
Also "How You Will Make An Impact" could be a paragraph under responsibilities.
But we need to avoid duplication. Let's just put all duties under responsibilities as list items, and include a paragraph for impact maybe.
Better: Responsibilities heading, then a
for impact description, then
for duties.
Requirements: essential items list.
Qualifications: nice-to-have list.
Skills: list of specific tools: Excel, PowerPoint, data tools, supplier systems.
Benefits: list from "What We Offer": Culture for Growth, Health Benefits, Global Opportunities, Surrounded by an A Player Team, Competitive Remuneration. Also maybe mention "LIFE@ZURU" but that's culture.
We should also include "As ZURU is on such a fast growth trajectory, there are opportunities here that you won’t find anywhere else." Could be part of benefits or life@zuru.
We'll include that as a paragraph under Benefits maybe.
Now ensure we don't create empty sections.
Let's draft HTML.
We need to close tags properly.
Let's write:

This role supports ZURU Toys across Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's Wholesale. You don't need years of experience for this one. We care more about who you are than what's on your CV. If you're ambitious, curious, driven and the kind of person who spots something that needs doing and just does it, we want to hear from you. This is a great first step for recent graduates or people early in their career. Over time you'll get to know the systems and processes behind the Club Channel inside out, and learn how to turn data into the arguments that win new business. You'll live and breathe the ZURU DNA every day.

- Club Account Support: Help manage the day-to-day running of our club business, including setting up new products, keeping prices and details accurate, tracking orders and submitting information through Costco, Sam's Club and BJ's supplier systems.
- Sales Analysis: Dig into sales, stock and market data to spot what's working and where we can grow. Help build weekly and monthly reports and learn how the numbers shape the decisions we make with buyers.

- Showroom: Look after the Issaquah showroom, working with the international showroom team to keep every product and display up to date and ready for buyer visits.
- Logistics: Help keep track of orders and shipments so products arrive in club on time.
- Working Across Teams: Be the go-to person connecting the channel with marketing, supply chain, finance and product teams around the world, chasing answers across time zones and making sure things get done.
