Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
About the role
Leading fragrance and flavor manufacturer in Hazlet, NJ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers by managing consolidated price lists, forecasts, providing product documentation, sampling, and quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Financial, and Customer Service.
- Work with Customer Service in the manufacturing plant to ensure timely completion of necessary steps for order release.
- Interact with customer service teams from other regions to harmonize common procedures across countries.
- Analyze sales tracking reports to ensure compliance with forecasts, support operations, and manage discrepancies or losses to drive sales.
- Receive and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure all activities comply with customer contracts.
Requirements
- University degree.
- 2+ years of sales support experience.
- Account management experience.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
