Sales Coordinator

About the role

Ziegler CAT is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
• Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers
• Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
• Schedules trucking and/or shipping of equipment to customer sites
• Facilitates warranty enrollment of machines
• Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
• Handles any additional special projects as needed
• Keeps up to date and accurate records
• Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
• Manages a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople
• Multi-tasks on technical issues
• Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
• Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience
• Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Professionalism
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
• Able to manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

The pay range for this position is $24.16 to $28.98 Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location.
