Sales Coordinator

Order Management

• Oversee the full order-to-cash process using NetSuite ERP, including order entry, invoicing, credit memos, and resolution of billing discrepancies.

Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Pricing, and other internal teams to streamline workflows for order processing and account management.

Customer and Surgeon Setup

• Ensure smooth addition of new surgeons and healthcare facilities into company systems to facilitate seamless product access.

Point of Contact

• Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries via phone and email.

Issue Resolution

• Respond to and resolve product- or service-related issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Distributor Onboarding

• Support new distributors by integrating them into systems and ensuring efficient operational collaboration.

Inventory Management

• Place inventory orders for customers, distributors, and employees while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Sales Analysis

• Assist with sales and inventory reporting, contributing actionable insights for decision-making.

Returns & Credits

• Manage product returns and credits in alignment with departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three (3) years’ experience in a team-focused office setting supporting a sales team
• Medical device experience or knowledge a plus
