Responsibilities
- Create, record, and system entry for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Order Profiles
- Issue invoices based on agreed terms for each business
- Maintain and track inventory levels
- Enter data related to buying (importing, domestic), selling (domestically, exports), transportation, coil tracking, and other relevant data in both GP and/or Excel
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) status for each account and report any issues to Sales Representatives and customers to prevent overdue situations
- Aid Sales Representatives and/or General Managers in arranging business trips
- Perform general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel
- Detail-oriented skills
- Japanese language proficiency is a significant advantage
- Entry-level experience is acceptable
