About the role
The Sales Coordinator will handle daily account maintenance across all aspects of the order process in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and time management. This role serves as a liaison between advertising agency counterparts and internal departments, including Pricing and Planning, Inventory Management, Partner Solutions, Ad Compliance, Traffic, and Billing.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising agency counterparts and internal TelevisaUnivision departments.
- Fulfill advertiser allocation requests, ensure stewardship delivery according to deal guarantees, communicate commercial airing times, and update clients on programming changes.
- Ensure client orders are fulfilled with inventory placed in approved programming compliant with all requirements.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive to oversee promotional assets, including special integrations.
- Resolve billing discrepancies to facilitate invoice clearance.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Energetic self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible with the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
- Media math skills.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience at a media company, advertising agency, or marketing company (preferred).
- 4-year college degree (preferred).
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be able to work from the New York office.
- Employment and education will be verified.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Pay
Base pay range: $50,000 – $57,500.
