Sales Coordinator

About the role

WeRackTheWorld transforms warehouses with high-density, high-precision racking and automated pallet shuttles (like our Atlas 1D), eliminating wide forklift aisles. Our customers gain up to 70% more pallet storage, better vertical-space utilization, improved pallet-selection accuracy, and lower labor costs and product damage. With 40+ years of growth, we operate 10 manufacturing plants, 19 commercial offices, and employ 2,000 people across 40 countries. Our U.S. presence began in early 2021 in Romeoville, IL, where we now have over 70 employees, and we’re opening our first U.S. manufacturing plant near Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for all order-intake questions.
• Verify offers in the calculator program to eliminate errors.
• Enter sales orders into SAP.
• Prepare the invoicing schedule for the finance department.
• Coordinate with internal departments—engineering, planning, purchasing, transport, and finance—to ensure efficient order processing.
• Communicate directly with end-customers about scheduled order deliveries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000.

Location: Romeoville, IL (onsite).
