Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is seeking a Sales Coordinator / Delphi Operator who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate should be organized, driven, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute positively to the work environment with a friendly attitude
• Develop and conduct site inspections
• Aid in the preparation of new sales and marketing activities
• Cook up meetings, field inquiries, and assist managers with sales calls
• Manage production and distribution of collateral
• Communicate effectively and utilize selling strategies to close sales
• Regularly update account records

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably in hotel management
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations, particularly in sales
• Proficiency in operating computer systems, including Delphi
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English

Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea
