Sales Coordinator

About the Role

At RWC Group, a truck sale doesn't end when the customer says yes. There are details to coordinate, vehicles to prepare, paperwork to complete, and commitments to deliver—and that's where our Sales Coordinator makes the difference. You'll work closely with our Sales team, F&I, Service, Parts, vendors, manufacturers, and customers to help move each truck from sale to successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck sales from order through customer delivery.
• Keep sales documentation accurate, complete, and moving through the process.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, accessories, aftermarket products, and requested equipment.
• Work across Sales, F&I, Parts, Service, and outside vendors to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Help customers understand available accessories, products, and services.
• Coordinate final vehicle deliveries and help create a professional, positive customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers and follow up after delivery.
• Stay current on manufacturer programs, incentives, and available products.
• Help identify and resolve issues before they delay a sale or customer delivery.
• Support the Sales team with deal coordination and closing activities when needed.

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Are comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
• Take initiative and follow through on commitments.
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills and are comfortable learning new technology.
• Enjoy solving problems and finding ways to keep things moving.
• Understand that a great customer experience requires teamwork across departments.
• Bring a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping customers and coworkers succeed.

Previous dealership, commercial truck, automotive, sales coordination, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates with strong transferable skills.
