About The Role

N C Power Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the success of our Washington Sales Team. This role serves as a key liaison between multiple departments, ensuring equipment orders, inventory records, and customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process equipment and attachment orders from initial sale through completion.
  • Cook up and communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Parts, and Credit teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
  • Manage and submit post-sale claims related to Caterpillar equipment transactions.
  • Maintain and update internal databases to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support attachment ordering activities and assist with inventory control processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism with both internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency within the sales support function.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Associate degree (AA) preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in a sales support, customer service, administrative, or related role within a sales organization may be substituted for formal education.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Pay

Hourly rate from $30.50 to $40.40 per hour.
