Serving as a Liaison
You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing administrative and operational support to the sales and promotions teams.
Supporting Sales and Promotions
- Aid in proposal preparation, presentation materials, and sales support documents.
- Coordinate advertising orders, sponsorship details, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accurate communication and execution of client advertising schedules.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help coordinate station promotions, remote broadcasts, and client events.
- Provide general administrative support to sales and promotions departments.
Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor's or Associates degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Be motivated to pursue a career in sales and willing to learn the skills necessary for long-term success.
- Have a strong knowledge and passion for sports.
- Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have social media content creation and engagement experience.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
