SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Coordinates with field sales team members to ensure goals are met. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits, as necessary.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews orders for ideas to expand services available to present customers
- Calls on prospects to explain features of services, cost, and advantages
- Writes orders and schedules initiation of services
- Confers with customers and company officials to resolve complaints
- Oversees all aspects of customer shipments
- Coordinates advertising for trade show participation
- May assist in collecting payments on accounts
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- While performing the responsibilities of Sales Coordinator, you will be seated at a desk, using a phone and computer, most of your workday.
- Less than 5% of your job duties will require the ability to: walk long distances, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- The noise level is usually low, as consistent with an office environment.
- At times, some light lifting may be required, up to 10 lb.
