Key Responsibilities
- Support sales executives in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service
- Build a strong understanding of product categories, customer needs, and competitive market trends
- Learn and manage internal systems to support client requests, order updates, and account needs
- Partner closely with product development and production teams to track order status and ensure timely follow-up
- Auxiliary with account maintenance, order management, and day-to-day communication with customers
- Manage smaller volume accounts and support overall account growth initiatives
- Auxiliary in preparing sales materials, presentations, and product information for customer meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and sourcing teams to support new product initiatives
- Maintain organized records, reports, and communication across multiple projects and priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account management is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Interest in home textiles, consumer products, or retail industries preferred
