Are you a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator – Party Channel to support sales execution while helping drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end sales execution, assisting with program coordination from planning through delivery
- Analyze sales performance, including volume, SKU productivity, and promotional results, to deliver actionable insights
- Maintain accurate product and account data, overseeing item setup and updates across customer portals and internal systems
- Support promotional planning, coordinating timelines, validating program details, and tracking results
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, manage order flow, and support daily operations
- Manage administrative sales support, including presentations, compliance requirements, and documentation
- Prepare routine and ad hoc sales reports to support decision-making and business performance
- Aid in customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely communication of product information and updates
- Monitor assortments and competitive activity to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Support event preparation and customer-facing initiatives to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systems
- Experience working with customer portals, item setup, or order processing preferred
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in CPG, retail, or foodservice environments
- Experience with sales reporting, promotional planning, or analytics tools
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
