As a Sales Coordinator, you'll serve as a vital connection between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, helping ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional support through phone and email communications.
• Act as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with suppliers to review artwork, proofs, and project materials while ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand standards.
• Coordinate the approval and processing of project deliverables.
• Take ownership of customer and vendor requests, proactively identifying solutions and escalating issues when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and exceed client expectations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by supporting colleagues and assisting with initiatives that drive client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
