Sales Coordinator
Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented sales professional to support the Service Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, handling incoming client inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer databases (CRM), and acting as a liaison between sales representatives and clients.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Service Sales, the Sales Coordinator ensures smooth sales operations, assists with proposal preparation, generates sales reports, tracks performance metrics, builds relationships, and provides administrative support to account managers. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who acts as the backbone of the sales team, managing high-volume data, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating schedules in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Process orders, manage meetings and schedules, maintain documentation storage (proposals, quotations, estimates), and assist in preparing sales contracts or proposals.
- Sales Coordination: Prepare, update, and maintain standard service offerings; track and manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) renewals for timely follow-up.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate sales kickoff meetings to align Sales, Project Management, and Procurement teams; participate in client meetings to support sales deals and issue resolution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain meticulous CRM records with professionalism and clarity.
- Sales Team Coordination: Assist with sales campaigns, prepare presentations, track sales targets, and organize or update sales materials.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and clients, facilitating meetings and providing status updates.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed sales performance reports for leadership.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance KPIs and report progress to sales representatives and leadership.
- Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, including serving as a backup resource for other roles within the Services Department.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree (A.S.) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, administration, or customer service, preferably in material handling, construction, or adjacent industries.
- Proven experience supporting team performance in customer-facing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, Teams) and CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, Trello).
Schedule
This position is eligible for hybrid work, with occasional in-office presence required for coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales materials, and gathering in-person updates.
Travel
- Semi-frequent business travel domestically and internationally by airplane, personal/rental car, or public transportation.
- Must be willing to travel, including international trips of 10+ hours, with overnight travel approximately 10% or less.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with occasional warehouse time; may require safety equipment (hearing/eye protection, hard hats, protective footwear).
- Not always climate-controlled; involves sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 pounds).
- Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
