Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in helping Electric RAYS studios achieve and exceed sales targets through strong systems, smart coaching, and high standards. This role involves setting goals, tracking KPIs, and enhancing team performance.
About the Role
This is a full-time, salaried position based in Lewiston with occasional travel to studio locations. The schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and performance across all studio locations
- Track sales metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Coach and develop team members and managers to improve confidence and results
- Create and implement sales processes, scripts, and best practices
- Support membership growth and retention efforts
- Partner with leadership on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Conduct studio visits and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Create engaging training content and help maintain consistency across locations
- Celebrate wins and help create an exciting, goal-driven environment
Requirements
- Employment Status: Full-time, salaried position
- Work Location: In-person, based in Lewiston with travel to studio locations as needed
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility based on business needs
- Travel: Occasional travel between studio locations
- Availability: Must be willing to support training initiatives, promotions, and occasional studio needs
