About the role
This is a remote role based in the continental US. While primarily home-based, occasional travel to the office may be requested with advance notice.

Key Success Factors
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact and negotiate with internal/external customers and senior management
- Strong project-planning, meeting, and management skills, including cost-benefit analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Lead daily workflow of administrative office functions and coordinate operations functions
- Support sales offices by coordinating programs, contests, and special projects; manage site orchestration, vendor payments, contest payments, travel, ordering, and general administration
- Drive coordination of broad projects; monitor project plans and execution progress, resolve variances, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Lead, plan, implement, and participate in projects to support and improve existing processes and services
- Coordinate and administer design, implementation, and continuous improvement of work planning, scheduling, human resources, capital planning, and budgeting processes
- Authorize forms for license applications, appointments, and terminations sent to state insurance departments; research licensing and contracting questions; provide guidance on legal agreements
- Create Distribution Comp reports; prepare and analyze routine daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales leaders
- Develop performance measures and standards to monitor, evaluate, and improve project progress and results
- Monitor sales patterns and performance data; develop and maintain metrics by analyzing sales and performance statistics
- Provide sales research reports and presentations responsive to senior and executive management needs
- Coordinate meetings, events, benefit fairs, conferences, and workshops
- Support or coordinate various programs, contests, and special projects/initiatives
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4 years of professional job-related work experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Travel: less than or equal to 10%
Pay
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. Offers consider factors such as education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. This range does not include potential incentive pay or benefits.
