About the role
DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a full-time Sales Coordinator at our office in Olathe, Kansas. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Satisfactorily perform all job responsibilities of Sales Support role.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and Company software systems, utilizing such to generate departmental reports for management's review.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to assess and problem-solve customer-related issues.
- Advanced sales order processing to include entering lines for purchasing, change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing.
- Communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Basic contract processing.
- Ability to work overtime may be required.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
- Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Billing experience (preferred) and AR/AP experience a plus.
