About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Regional Sales leadership team. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of their responsibilities, and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day oversight. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this individual will work closely with Regional Managers and General Managers, requiring a high level of professionalism, discretion, communication, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, handling scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Hold standards for regionals to align disciplinary action with General Managers.
- Maintain accurate reporting in KPIs for the sales department.
- Manage expense reports.
- Organize and plan travel for employees company-wide.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and uphold policies and deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines assigned by executives and C-suite.
- Prepare reports, coordinate travel and accommodations, take and organize notes during executive meetings, and manage schedules and priorities.
- Support a variety of administrative and organizational needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- 1-3 years of administrative/office management experience.
- Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including executive level and C-suite.
- Highly flexible and willing to pivot with unpredictable changes.

Pay
$22.00 - $24.00 hourly based on previous experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
