Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our growth has created an immediate need for a full-time inside Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales team. This is a management position with a direct track to becoming a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and support a team of in-home sales representatives.
• Interview and help train new team members.
• Guide and mentor others to grow their sales skills.
• Help the team hit (and beat!) sales goals.
• Keep the team motivated and engaged.
• Provide support for the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• No degree or certification is needed.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
• Highly coachable and reliable.
