Sales Coordinator

About the role

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs
• Aids in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels
• Conducts cycle counts, stock adjustments, and assists with inventory management
• Plans and implements product presentations, including signage and pricing
• Promptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with the markdown program
• Maintains excellent customer service
• Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers
• Answers phones and assists customers
• May balance daily receipts, record cash, checks, and credit card payments
• Might cross-train to perform other duties

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• One to two years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Communicates and resolves issues professionally and tactfully
• Handles problems and achieves successful outcomes
• Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management
• Strong computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Might lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Qualifications

Pay

Reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
