Sales Coordinator

We're seeking an organized, customer-focused Coordinator to manage equipment projects from order placement through final delivery. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule

This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment orders and projects from start to finish
• Serve as a key contact for customers, vendors, and manufacturers
• Track orders, project timelines, and deliveries
• Coordinate freight and shipping logistics
• Resolve order, shipping, and service issues
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Partner with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting teams
• Assist customers and internal teams with warranty claims, returns, replacements, and equipment-related issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, project coordination, account management or related experience
• Familiarity with buying and selling concepts and a basic grasp of accounting, including cost‑to‑price relationships and contract reconciliation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
• Experience with logistics, equipment sales, or project coordination is a plus
