Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking opportunities
- Cook up proposal development, including gathering inputs, formatting, and ensuring timely submission
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of pipeline, contacts, and deal status
- Aid in preparing client presentations, pricing summaries, and contract documentation
- Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for leadership
- Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination between sales, legal, finance, and operations teams
- Help manage inbound inquiries and route opportunities appropriately
- Afford contract execution processes and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Assist with event coordination, conferences, and partner engagements
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency within the sales function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B, government, or transportation-related sales; Exposure to proposal management or RFP/RFI processes; Familiarity with contract workflows and coordination with legal/finance teams; Experience in startup or high-growth environments
