Essential Functions
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end proposal process — ensuring accurate, professional proposals reach prospects quickly and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with accurate, timely data — new submissions, pipeline updates, and prospect records.
- Support the Senior Vice President of Sales with special projects as needed.
- Collaborate day-to-day with the Sales Assistant to divide and conquer administrative tasks, freeing our sales reps to focus entirely on selling.
- Cookinate internal communication between sales, operations, and other departments to keep deals on track.
- Monitor pipeline activity and flag time-sensitive items so no opportunity gets stuck in neutral.
- Help prepare client-facing materials and supporting documentation for the sales team.
- Jump in on special projects, process improvements, and sales initiatives as priorities evolve.
Required Education and Experience
- 2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication professional, warm, and clear
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Education and Experience
- Background in PEO, HR, payroll, insurance, staffing, or professional services
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level teams
- Familiarity with proposal generation tools or sales enablement platforms
- A track record of making the people around you more effective
- Experience using PowerPoint
