Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to group, corporate, and leisure sales inquiries.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, amendments, and client correspondence.
  • Cook up group room blocks, rooming lists, and turnover documentation.
  • Track contracts, deposits, and group deadlines.
  • Support site inspections, client visits, and FAM trips.
  • Maintain CRM databases, sales reports, and account records.
  • Aid in RFP submissions and prospecting activities.
  • Couple with Operations, Front Office, Revenue, and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth group and event execution.
  • Deliver exceptional service while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Marriott experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Opera PMS, Cvent, ProposalPath, CI/SFAWeb, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is preferred.
